They don’t care. Just using it to drop an NFT. Thats why its running on dot tech. The domain isn’t infringement whats on the site is.

A lot of the Metaverse related domains were registered in Jan and Feb of 2021 and some might be dropping now (the same goes for NFT related domains).

I you missed out on the Metaverse trend there might still be an opportunity to find a few good names on the drops now.

How can they sell coins and NFT based on exact likeness of Nintendo's Mario.
Isn't NFT by definition you have to own the copyright to the character?
Seems risky and likely to be sued, yet they are this bold.
