other I registered the .ca domain but CIRA avoid to give ownership

hi namepros, I registered boy.ca via namesilo. after 2 days later I can't control the domain nameserver, so I contacted namesilo and they told me CIRA deactivate my domain. I emailed CIRA with all my .ca ownership requirement documents. but they don't give me ownership. now the domain is on the GoDaddy registrar. Now I'm very shocked, they just steal my name.

It was a mistake and should never have been available.
Rebel was letting us reg these types of names for a while. Cant remember which one i got but thought I hit jackpot too. Are you in Canada?

Why doesn't their system prevent this in the first place?? The registry should prevent it point blank no matter which registrar tried to register it. It's just naff if it's possible.
