Wasn't it 1pm EST several days ago?
If you are on that timezone, there was no change.
But if you are on the central european timezone for example, there were 2 changes, since clock changes are not synced with the US and depend on each country, Hopefully it will be over soon

I'm on Indian Standard Time. It used to be precisely 11:30pm several days ago but now I see it to be 12:30am (one hour delay)
