.tv Drop Times

Ok Im not sure if this has been asked before but Ive searched the forum and asked everyone in Chat and nobody knows the answer so I am forced to make a thread :hehe:

I Understand the drop process but... what time of day do these names drop?

To my knowledge,
Like other names, you can't able to catch a dropping .TV name directly if it is a premium one. The .TV registry will put the expired (premium) name in their premium pool and again you can able to buy it from the .TV registry only by paying the premium fee.

I asked because I am aware if its premium it goes back but what happens to those that are not ??

I know Godaddy send theirs to tdnam but others???

It really is just an everyday not so good name thats is dropping but not from godaddy and not one that I would suspect go back to the pool of premiums?

Well not sure if it helps anyone else but I will share what little ive found..

The name I had been watching for some days finally became available yesterday. I checked UK time 6am and its was not available and when I returned home from work at 1600 UK time it was available..

Guess it narrows it down to 10 hours :hehe:

Sure

It was greatleighs.tv Now I know this means absolutely NOTHING to most of you :yell: but there is alittle story behind it :hehe:

For the past couple of years there have been BIG building in this little area of the UK and about to open is *what they say is gonna be* the biggest all weather racing track in the UK bigger then ascot etc. It is also where I live

Not a big interest to most but is to me.

Anyways They may decide to show their racing events on tv :hehe:

Its the way domaining works for me as Im not willing to invest in fab already bought names so Im always looking for something new that may happen.

I've recently purchased
Reem.TV, ReemIsland.TV and AlReemIsland.TV as billions of dollars are being poured into the development of Reem Island (A paradise island), 20 minutes from Abu Dhabi (UAE) airport.
