To me it's a case in which estibot is not very accurate, lol. There are a lot of llll.net still avail.
Numerics seem to be where it's at these days. For example, you can't even find a nnnnn.net available (5 dig numeric), ending in .net, when at the same time there are number llll.nets and .orgs avail.
You never know tho, maybe estibot is seeing something that we don't with that name.

I would say the estibot appraisal is not unrealistic for an end-user price.
Reseller-wise, though, 4L .org are mostly still right around reg fee value.
Right now, rwby.org may not be valuable as there are plenty of them available for hand-reg but in future it may become valuable once the entire lot is gone. Also, I feel that now it is LLLL.net that is more valuable as compared to LLLL.org. Others may comment on this. This is just my opinion.

The reason RWBY.ORG might be popular is because RWBY is a name of a really popular animated show getting a third season next month I love the series myself so consider finding the right buyer for it
