@M Usman, we don't impose any restrictions on where else you can sell your names.

Regarding unregistered names, I'm not sure how you could do that without someone registering it as soon as they see it. Your best bet is probably to register it first and then list it for sale.

I am talking about selling the approved unregistered names in cheap so the buyer can handle the registration fees.
I haven't much budget to hold the names for years.
