For the last six days I have been helping a client who is trying to transfer their domain away from SiteGround. She has had an account with SiteGround for 15 years, and her account is in good standing.
Their web interface won’t allow us to populate the email address field that is used as the destination for the EPP code. We have been in contact with their support team on a daily basis since Monday, and with each encounter we are told that the problem should be resolved in the next 24 hours. I think they are simply ignoring the problem so as not to lose the domain registration.
Anyone have any ideas?
