I'd say that this should likely be OK. Once asked Sedo about it, the reply I got was just a reminder not to forget to remove the domain from Sedo if it is sold elsewhere.
This opens another question: Since some distribution partners, like NetSol or registercom, do participate as sellers in both places, where a sale will happen if a buyer found the domain on netsol/registercom website? Assuming that the fixed price entered in both places is the same (and it should be), the distribution partner will need to select whether retreieve the domain through Sedo or through Afternic. Whom will they prefer? An interesting question. Also interesting to a seller, as a part of a routine billing management (sedo pays faster, payout methods the seller is using for afternic and for sedo may or may not be the same, etc).
Can anybody who tried such a setup confirm where the sales on Network Solutions, Registercom, Tucows registrars normally happen - through Afternic or through Sedo?

If a domain is sold with fast transfer it's immediately removed from registrar account of the seller. So, they make sure selling the same domain twice is not possible. Fast transfer mechanism checks availability of the domain in registrar account of seller before accepting payment even before adding the domain to shopping cart of buyer.
Of course they will prefer who pays more commission, in other words, who takes more commission from the seller.
Interesting, thanks! ! My names are listed with Afternic and are registered with Uniregistry which is not part of the Sedo MLS so not available for fast transfer although they still list with the Sedo partners. If Sedo is paying more commission I would not have the advantage of fast transfer if Sedo was the default. Do you think Sedo is worth it since I like Uniregistry?
