Hello Everyone,
I hope all is well.
This is for GoDaddy Pro and Pro Plus members.
In case you don't know, When you purchase a new product at GoDaddy, They used to give you a certain percentage of cashback ( Reward Points which can be turned into in-store credit ) And you can use that for any future purchases.
Me as a Pro Plus member, They used to give me %10 of cashback for any new purchase, So if i purchased a domain via auction for $500 then i will have $50 back after a certain amount of time. Which i can use to purchase any other product at GoDaddy.
Unfortunately, They have decided to waive the rewards for any Auction Purchases, Which is not a welcoming move especially for us domainers.
In first place these rewards were subject to effect any new purchases at GoDaddy, And as far as i know, Purchasing a domain via auction is still a new purchase for us and a new product to hit our accounts.
Following up with their Pro Support, They never explained why this has occured and they just said it was a decision made by the Administrators.
What are your thoughts ?
I hope all is well.
