question Looking for US tax attorney consultation

I'm sick and tired of stupid EU VAT rules and of that no one here knows a jack about domains, neither accountants nor tax bureaucrats. So i want to get myself an US company and put all my domains into it. But before, i need to know well how and what to do. Concerning domains bookkeeping and taxation.
