Looking for a broker to help me acquire a .EU domain

I need to acquire one .EU domain for my client (we already own .CZ and .SK, but he also wants .EU). This domain is registered with ovh.com from 2017. There is no website on this domain, just the following:

I sent an email to the contact email that I found on eurid.eu, but have not received any reply (the email was neither viewed). Then I sent another email (this email was read) with an offer to an email address that I found via archive.org that was on this website in the past, but got no any reply.

I don't know if I'll be able to get this domain. If anyone knows how to buy it or could help me with that, please PM me.
