Somehow ,their two-step verification system went wrong ,it's been more than 45 days (they admitted)

My domains are expiring ,I can not log in, I have many domains with them,I still need the 2-step to secure my account , they auto renewed My domains ,the thing is they refused to fix that problem,and My domains keep expiring ,I wanna transfer My domains away to another registrar ,if they don't fix that problem , I am not able to do that

that's how you do your business ?

if you got a problem ,just fix that !!!!!!

Well you can always tell them you want all your domains unlocked and all the auth codes to transfer them. They'll probably make you send in your ID to make sure you're the owner but AFAIK per ICANN rules once you request that they have 5 days to give it to you. Someone can correct me if I am wrong.

they can simply fix the problem ,then I am able to log in ,there will be no problem anymore

they just refused to do that ,it's their responsibility to do so

what went wrong with their 2step verification system ?

you said your domains keep expiring.. and then you also said they are auto renewing... im bit confused as to what is going on here.

since u said they addmitted the issue is on their end not yours... didn't it affect everyone else who had 2sv? it would be odd if this affected many/all 2sv users.. and they'd not be fixing it.. for 45 days or more. imo

Have them unlock all domains and export the CSV of your entire portfolio. Sean is generally fast to respond if you direct your questions to him via support email.

What is the issue or error you are getting?

... there is a chance that the clock on your authenticator application or pc, phone, tablet has become desynchronized with the 2-step verification service. Check if your clock is set to the correct local time/date or enable time sync.

I just couldn't understand why they refused to fix the problem ..it's okay they renewed few of my domains , the thing is I can't control my domains ,they can simply just fix the problem ,then there will be no questions

Namebright admitted the problem they have ,and they chose not to fix the problem ,instead ,they asked me to remove this 2-step ,they auto renewed 5 of my domains ,and whois privacy service ,that's okay ,but may I ask ,it's your problem ,why do I have to to comply ? please remember you caused me that many troubles

and the most important thing is ,the domains I owned ,are very vavlueable to me ,I need 2-step to protect my domains , what's wrong with you ?

you can call me ,or email me , anything you want just ,let me in

Thank you ,before you made some changes ,at least you could let your users know about it ,like this one ,if you notified me already ,I could just remove it ,or change a phone number to receive the verification code

not ,just need your users to comply

I seriously don't feel there was a need of this thread at this time. You have an option to bypass the 2 step so take it and problem solved for the moment.They said they are not able to fix the problem at this time. Once you renew your names start a new ticket for 2 step verification re-enabling.

NameBright two-step verification system have bug. now many china user can't receive 7 Digit Code or call. cause china user can't login namebright.

namebright.com two-step verification system have bug ,some country user can't receive 7 Digit Code or call after set two-step verification. cause can't login account.
