Can't really see how this person got your name. But, it does look like they own quite a few names and have had some problems registering trademarked domains in the past. Maybe they filed a case against you (since they seem familiar with cases against them) and you never received anything because of false whois details

I ran a WHOIS check on UsJournal.net, e.g. one of the recent seized domains allegedly used by Iran for a'Global Disinformation Campaign'

The Justice Department identified the four domains targeting the U.S. as “newsstand7.com,” “usjournal.net,” “usjournal.us” and “twtoday.net.” The domains violated the Foreign Agents Registration Act by operating without proper registration and not conspicuously notifying the public the contents were being published on behalf of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, according to the agency.

Visitors to the websites will receive a message that the domain was seized by the FBI.

and noticed the WHOIS details for USJournal.net had revealed Nanci Nette e.g. Name Management Group.

Not sure if it's old WHOIS details, or if the registrant is connected to and/or working with Iran, or...
