About new domain

It really depends what type of site you want? have you done any web design before?

If you want a basic site and you have had no experience at all, have a look at Weebly, Wix etc

What do you mean by "after setting up domain" how much time? Do you means after changing DNS or after registering domain?

depends how long the registrar takes to update DNS records but usually at least 300 seconds.

It doesn't take time at all. Just change the DNS to your host server, install your preferred CMS or scripts via cpanel and you're good to go to set up a BASIC website.

Most registrars offer immediate resolving of domains once the nameservers are set even though their notification shows the changes may take 1-2 working days.

If you test in your browser, you have to clear history and clean cookies to see the new settings
