I'm having some problems with one domain that I want to transfer out but they are giving me a wrong auth code. :rage:

had same issue it had to be pushed to another account in the end...

Damn, you beat me to it. :-P

There are some weird issues with accounts that even support cant fix, but pushing the domain(s) to another account cleared it up.

So giving them a call wouldn't help? the problem is that a push locks the domain for another 60 days. :xf.cry:

I got a sale on Afternic but to transfer from NetSol they said I have to contact customer loyalty team ....and they will be available on Monday only...and through phone only.

I mentioned I can't afford calling can they unlock and provide Auth code via chat or email means the customer service agent suggested to raise a ticket and mention the same and they will reach me on email...

Wanted to know will it work ?
On monday means can we expect to get on same day ?

Any feedback is highly appreciated..

There is one really annoying thing about trying to login to the "premium" system to approve fast transfers that will not work for some accounts and support can't fix. But logging in with a different account and then using the approval sent to the original account allows you to approve the submission to fast transfer. I'm still testing this and looking for gotchas, but it might be a work around. Might take a week or two to be sure.

I dont recall if there is an opt-out for the push. Most registrars allow it. But pushing/pulling does fix a lot of weirdo errors.

Yes, but I have 4 NS accounts and one will never work (changed password several times also support says "we see nothing wrong"). Its an extremely old account (the ID is "jt30" if you look at the ID system, that is very old) and maybe something is missing in the database or something.

I see yes can be annoying also had names which I can't even change the ns servers thats another pain...

You can unlock the domain and ask for an auth code by logging to your account, there's no need to call them unless you want it ASAP, if you can wait 3 days just request it from your control panel.

Its easier to call them and then you get the auth code with in a few hours if not quicker...

Yes Carlos.... I just did that...
I found out about that by searching in support page...and got detailed methods of transfer out...

I am very surprised the customer support agent didn't mention anything about this even after asking several times...

I suppose that is called network solutions support solution to delay..

Now have to wait till I get Auth code...and hope it will not be a wrong one... :)
