Hi all. I came into domaining with some real good sales but then focused my attention on building my business. For the last 3 years, I was just slogging into my startup and had put all of my money and efforts into it.
I put everything up for my fintech startup smeloan dot com, and went bankrupt.
I couldn't pay for a couple of domains here on Namepros a year back after promising on a price and even sold off half of my domain portfolio to cover dues on the startup. I have been away from domaining for last one year.
I went into depression and then started avoiding people and that guy who avoided calls from Rohit to transfer my sold domains to Namejet and which led to his ban from Namejet was me.
I don't know but I felt dejected from everything after putting in close to 16+ hours a day for 3 years and then going bankrupt.
I am really sorry. I hope those couple of sellers from Namepros and Rohit will forgive me.
I am starting afresh after blowing up everything in that fintech startup. I hope I can make some good domain sales again. The mods will ban me again now for those 2 negative trade reviews I guess :)

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
I’d be interested to hear u elaborate on the ‘two negative reviews’ part.

More importantly, u basically just paid an insanely steep price to learn the dangers of Tunnel Vision. United States Special Force instructors make it a point to beat that very very simple lesson into the head of any new recruits, more so Marine Scout Snipers and Navy Seal Snipers etc.

It’s a real defect of human nature when you put urself in a situation that’sso critical it kicks in ur adrenaline and even triggers varying degrees of the fight or flight response as result of the insane risk a person is facing. Even more so when you know that failure to succeed means the loss of your life, (quite literally for a soldier, more figurative in business aka financial death/suicide).

You can relate it to an energetic kid who can’t control their excitement and hugs the puppy until it’s head pops off. Lol, Best I can say be aware of urself and examine the traits that could be used as warning signs to keep an eye out for it in those situations. I know my worst enemy is me, so I act accordingly. Good luck

So true. Too bad we always have to learn the hard way. :arghh:

Make sure you don't invest all your time and money in one project . Invest in at least 2-3 projects that brings you constant income source.

You are welcome back to domaining. I hope you have learnt your mistakes and remember domaining is not a get rich quick business; you have to thread it steadily and softly to success.

Cheers.

Update: Out of the 2 sellers whom I committed to buy, I have paid to one of them(paid 1.5x of the previously agreed price just now) whereas other had already sold out that domain.
Yet to hear from Rohit. I hope I can again find gold in domaining.

You could always PM him if you really wanted to contact him @Rohit

Hi Hemant,

Well welcome back and hope everything is fine at your end now.

Just a post after one year simply wont undo what damage you have caused. I understand that there can be issues and failures in life and we all go through that phrase. I have also failed in 5 of my previous ventures and it was not a easy phrase for me too.

I asked you multiple times to simply respond back once and inform me once so that i can take corrective measures but you didn't bother to respond back in-spite of checking all my messages and calls. You have been sharing lots of fake numbers and offers on your social media profiles which is not the ideal way to conduct any venture. I helped you out as a friend but you stabbed me in the back and simply vanished from the scene.

Anyways whats done is done and we cant really change the past. Its been almost a year and i have forgotten about that incident.

Best of luck for your new inning.

You didn't bother to call me pm me and you are posting here that you are yet to hear back from me , I actually find it hilarious . One of my friend who was aware about the whole incident just now informed me about this post.

Anyways you dont really have to bother about me as i have no hard feeling for you.

Has this @Hemanttilotia guy really changed?

Read his message yourself and decide whether such a person should be allowed to do business around us, when he backs out too often; backed out of 2 committed deals today!

What a total waste of time & effort for every one involved in the auction just because someone has no control over his buying habits.

You should honour your deals. IMO

He's still backing out of deals man!!

I don't really find it surprising... I guess he is not yet out of his depression mode and still doing weird things... Even though it's his personal matter but not a safe person to do any commercial transaction... Imo

He should be banned without further ado, before he scams someone from namepros, once again!

I completely agree. He should be banned from NamePros.

For the record, not buying a domain from someone is not scamming him. If I found more info about a domain and backed out from buying that domain, that's not scamming him. The domain is still with the seller!
I won't reply further on this, but making wrong accusations and using bad language without properly understanding the meaning of your words should be avoidable.
I will definitely be using the court of law if you don't stop at using a public forum for saying words like 'scamming', when I just didn't buy a domain name.
I will put things at rest here and will definitely send and persue defamation case against those who continue persuing this path.
If you want to see my determination, energy and patience with a court case, you should take a cue from how I stick to my failed startup for all these years.
Remove your posts, use a better language to say facts and find some job.

If I found more info about a domain and backed out ?

Seriously, you bid on names without checking the facts first.
How smart is that ?

Sorry, better word should be “CONNING” people. Does that help?

I’d definitely like to see your determination on this threat. Here’s my address for that defamation suit notice:

You want to see my determination? A new thread on your backing out of deals and scamming (conning) people after committing to several deals is coming up, with adequate proofs. Just wait and watch kid!

Let’s see if you are always “all talk” only or ever man-up to those words which come out of your useless self, without ever-thinking.. bite (sue) me!!

For the record, he did not back out of deals with me. However, I'll try and make sure such people are avoided by the most, at least where ever we discuss/do business the most!

These words tells that how much irresponsible you are.

Bid and run is also a cheat (aka scam). If you bid on ebay and backedout, you will be kicked out or get lifetime ban from their site.

Please BAN or Restrict to bid on namepros for the better community.
