Hi, very strange thing.
I bought a domain and I am sure I saw it on my GD account and because of that I confirmed to the seller the success push.
It was 2 weeks ago.
Today I entered my GD account and I have there only 20 domains so I paid attention that the domain was desappeared.
I check my conversation with the seller and I was right it was GD push and my answer with confirmation.
But the domain wast at my GD.
The WHOIS tells the owner is some chiness and showed the reg date as 28 of Sept 2015 and this is the correct date, but I bought it and it was mine!
I dont understand, I sent massage to the seller but still have no answer.
What can it be?
The seller is from here and I dont thing he is scammer, but how the domain could came out my GD without any alert massage from GD?
I have activated 2Factor security or what ever does it name.
But this the fact, WHOIS says a chiness name and the domain is not at my GD account.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
To me, it seems you have other gd account. If it is so, pls check other account of yours with GD. Opening other account with GD requires seperate email address, and the information could be in the other email, possibly the domain you are looking for is in another account. Iam not sure but this is very possible.

More so it seems you could not even identify the one you bought and looking for; someone said he own the 9N and the other person said he own the 10N of same figures. Your own might be 8N

Good luck

I have the continuation of the issue.
I dint expect this kind of things.
I contacted the seller by PM but had no answer, so I opened a Paypal dispute expecting him to answer me.

Here is our dispute chat:

02/02/2016 01:27 CET - Comprador: Hi,I bought a domain from you the 11 of January.I have 2 problems:1. I forgot to acept it, so it finally came back to your GD account.2. When I remembered and wanted to check it, resulted I didnt have it at my GD account, so after a short investigation and GD confirmation, resulted it was 10n not 9n.You put it as 858888858.com but it was 8588888858.comSo, I really dont have it now, check your GD and you will se that. And if you are not against I would better cancel the deal because we were trading 9n not 10n.Anyway, I tried to contact you via NP forum but you are offline from the 21 of Juanuary.

04/02/2016 17:38 CET - Vendedor: Hello. I have made no mistake here. The domain name was advertised as "858888858.com", not "858888858.com". You even commented on this advertisement saying "858888858 for $15", so I believe that this is your fault, you didn't read the domain name properly. It is also your full responsibility to accept domain names when they are transferred to you. I have evidence of this too, therefore I will not be providing a refund. All I can do is transfer the domain name back to you. I am not at fault here.

04/02/2016 17:39 CET - Vendedor: The buyer of the domain name seems to be confused about the domain name they were purchasing, because they didn't read the advertisement properly. I have fully checked and nowhere did I advertise the incorrect domain than the one she received, therefore this is the buyers fault. My NamePros profile contains many positive reviews and no negative or neutral feedback, which I can provide if necessary.

04/02/2016 17:39 CET - PayPal: El vendedor ha elevado esta disputa a reclamación.

He even didnt want to talk, he just submited this dispute to Paypal.
I have no idea who is right, but he PMd me with 9n offer.
I uploaded here all related screens:

I think I am right.
And at least he shoud to try to talk to me.

PD: Anyway I dont have not 9n nor 10n and paid $20

And the funniest point is that the seller still continue indicate the domain as 9n, check his answer.

I also found the Make Offer post where I offered $15 for 858888858.com
I almost sure I made copy-paste on the domain name from the post, but will insist in this fact.
Anyway I wrote 9n, not 10n.
Who is right in this case?
I think the honest way was to cancel the deal for misunderstanding, but it is only my opinion.

I am a new in this, so I have no idea who is right, I think we both were confused, I can upload proof to Paypal and I am sure I will win the dispute, but as I am a new in this business, I want to know your opinion.
A week ago I bid by mistake Bido auction, OK, my mobile began to click and finally I paid the domain, it was my fault, but I have no idea who is right in this issue with 9n/10n mistake.
What do you think?
I will close Paypal dispute if the comunity will tell the seller is right.

Very deshonest from the seller part.
Meantime I was asking help here, he pushed the domain again and Paypal closed the dispute.
It is scam, he offered 9n and I paid for 9n.
I will call to Paypal tomorrow.
The seller even didnt try to discuss, he just used the Paypal.
By the way Paypal asked me to send proof, but finally closed the dispute automaticly.
This is very deshonest from @Edward Jones part

I think it is a misunderstanding on both parties and to me, it seems reasonable to void the deal.

Eric answer:

The title has 8 8's in the domain and the first offer post has 7 8's in the domain. I can see where this member may have agreed to purchase the offer post of 7 8's. There are a few options:

1) Seller refunds buyer and buyer transfers domain back to seller
2) If seller has the 7 8's version, trade with buyer so they have the correct domain
3) Seller and buyer may agree to another domain or partial refund

It's my hopes that you can both resolve this matter amicably so that I don't have to get involved further.

Thanks,

The seller asked Eric opinion but anyway ignored it.
He told he is leaving the conversation.
Very simple and deshonest

@mayazir - Why have you not accepted his offer to push the domain again to your account? End of story. Close the paypal dispute?

Because I was sure we were trading 9n not 10n.
I dont want to insist but I am sure I made copy-paste when I offered him $15.
So probably he posted it as 9n but edited it later.
By the way, check screens, he also wrote 9n......
And I didnt like his actitude, probably I would acept to pay $12 for 10n, but not $20, but he even didnt comunicate with me.
It is simply dishonest...

And also because the seller made one more vey deshonest thing.
He pushed the domain again and called to Paypal and they closed the dispute.
Paypal couldnt close the dispute so quickly (a few hours only).
The close dispute so quickly so if you call them.
Here was the night (spain) so he called to Paypal and showed them push screen and they closed the dispute.
I claimed 2 things:
I told I had no domain and added that finally resulted we were trading wrong domain.
Paypal sometimes doesnt enter in details, depends on the person who you talking to.
Paypal asked me sent proof and explain and I did that, I couldnt call because it was close here at this hour and I emailed them my proof and all PM where we were trading 9n, and the seller itself wrote at paypal dispute 9n.
So he used Paypal bug (I considered it as a bug when they close automaticly the dispute) and thats all.
And the worst thing he even didint try to comunicate with me.
Not even tried to offer to solution it another way or asked me if I would buy 10n for another price..
Nothing..He ignored me...

He hasn't ignored you. He offered to push the domain again. Yes/No? which it seems you don't want to accept? Yes/No? I'm sorry. But I haven't understood clearly the whole argument about 9/10 char domain. But in any case 9 or 10, I think it's still worth $20. IMHO.

No, I PMd him a week ago but no answer, I had to open Paypal dispute but it was only dispute and usually the dispute is a simple chat of comunication between seller and buyer.
Instead of comunicate he submited the claim to Paypal decision inmediatly, check screens and time.
