in financial world emi is very well known as it stands for Equated monthly installments

as you know today's world is run by loans & loans are related to installments.
it is a wonderful name for creating a loans related website like car loans, home, loans , consumer loans ect.

It is an obscure/specialized keyword, I doubt the value even in .com and in .de it definitely has no value.

This might be. The problem is that nobody knows this, at least not in Germany. EMI usually is known as as a record label, not more. And I've never heard this term as well. Wikipedia doesn't even have it as a lemma.

And usually you would search for easy loans, but not for easy amortization (this would be the common term). In German, the correct term would be "Rückzahlung" (trust me, nobody knows the English translations for that). But even einfacheRückzahlung.de would be a horrible domain.

Another note:
The only registered domain is .com, and even this doesn't contain a web page.

Even easyemi.net ist available.
