Interesting article relating to domains and trademarks

Saw this today on ARSTechnica. Hopefully it hasn't already been posted.

I was tempted to post it in "Domain Discussions" in hopes that the noobs might read and take heed. I'm not picking a side, as I can see things from both perspectives. I'm just trying to point out what can happen when one registers even what seem to be innocuous domains.
