The Network Engineering team has resolved the major routing issue to a few of our servers at our Dallas datacenter.
The problem itself is very technical and I'm personally not even sure how it came about suddenly yesterday, but basically one of the servers was literally taking over the rest of the servers attached to the same private VLAN (in this case, iJet was taking over the IPs originally routed for oPhire and a customer dedicated server). This issue was resolved finally after many phone calls and escalations, and everything is now working normally. %%- This scenario probably fits well for a geeky movie on servers taking over each other using IPs and routers. :p
Thanks for everyone's patience and understanding during this time.
I hope we get as many posts now that everything works properly, as it often occurs that once a problem is resolved people don't bother to post comments anymore until the next complaint occurs
