Their only numbers are 0 and negative $350 :P IMO the only .cms worth getting will be easily taken back with trademark infringement cases. Too much hype for this, imo.

I wouldn't tell a newbie to go spend thousands on a single domain. What you need to do is develop a better screening process - think of if you're actually going to be able to sell them to someone, and if so, to who, and how likely is that? Or, do you have personal interest in developing them...

I know about the notes market. This domain is only gonna be worth anything if you pump it to the top of google and get one of the major sites dealing with foreclosures to buy you out. Otherwise, they can buy ***foreclosures.com for reg fee and just be done with it. Sorry. Worthless.

Good domain, but ask for an appraisal then! I disagree with the people that say drop it, cause they want it! I'd value it as low-mid $$$ now only to resellers. Or an end user for low $$$$ But I think that keeping it is the best option, because the domain name will have endless potential...

To be honest, .org fits this extension better than .com I would say low-mid $$$$$ easily, practically. I would value the long-term value of this domain as high $$$$$ to low $$$$$$, but I just can't see someone willing to pay that much for it - maybe in a while.
