It has a nice ring to it, i like it. I would aim for mid $xxx as well, because even though it has a nice ring to it, it sort of doesn't make sense. OnlinePoker and PokerHall are both reasonable terms, but put them together and you're talking about a physical thing in a virtual space.

There is a crap ton of competition for this exact thing, it's unlikely you could develop this into being profitable. You can't transfer it, you're a few weeks late for this year for this niche, it would never get indexed in time to be relevent if you developed it right now. No value here...

You should only register domain names by hand if they have a personal value to you, as in you are going to develop them. It's more than likely that any name you hand register will have no value, as is the case here. Nice name nonetheless, just no value. 24 makes no sense, but it's a common...

I noticed the other industry trademarks, but they don't apply as strongly if you develop the name in a different industry. Well, you can still take the chance on development or resale - it's a GREAT name but there's not really any information available on how aggressively the TM holder comes...

It is extremely likely that the few people that hold those 22 domains will not let them go for a fair value, probably considering them as an investment over time. Are you looking to buy some, have the option to buy some, or own some?

It is, but i would be comfortable creating a website on that domain without expecting legal action. For some people it's an absolute nono to play with TM names, but others take the shot. Creating a profitable website that bestbuy felt infringed on their trademarks, i'd be considerably less...

I can't appraise you with a value, but i read it as UK Company, and the extension matches. Don't settle with this one, i think if needed you'd be better off getting a broker than sending it to a reseller.

I'd guess that this domain has no value - because once it's legal, you don't need to write "legal" in the name anymore. It's legal! Alcohol was illegal, but there's no value in legalalcohol.com either even though it's not limited by state.

I reported his post becuase i was following the rules, which indicate that any posts of a negative appraisal should be reported. His appraisal was negative five hundred dollars, a five hundred dollar fine, and jail time. You can find the rules here...
