Other's product name in the domain

It's similar to the way copyrights work - any original work that is created is automatically copywritten. Filing for a copyright gives it certain extra rights/priveleges. Even if a phrase isn't trademarked, you can still infringe on the product/name by ripping it off.

I just wanted to point out that you may not reach as high as you're hoping on this one, because there is two nouns in the domain, but they do not fall under the same plural. "fruit" is singular, "vegetables" is plural. That will deter a lot of potential interest. Best of luck, anyways!
