    domain 0-1.com

I picked this one up earlier today. I may be biased because i completely love it.:lala: I immediately think of a win/loss record when i see it, but i think it has universal value. Appraisals? MicroGuy: I can't grace delete it, because i won it in an auction. (just kidding, I look...

    domain obamacaca.com

I disagree with the other appraisals here. I think if you take the last image in the post directly above mine and make it the home page of obamacaca.com, then the website will be worth: priceless

    domain Beyy.com

Intrinsic value is more or less the automatic given value to one of the qualities a domain domain has, regardless of what it is used for, based simply on the fact that it IS: It IS 4 letters, or it IS 3 chars, it IS a 5 letter dictionary word etc. It carries a certain intrinsic value based...

    domain NYHer.com

I call BS. If it really did, then you hit the lottery. You hitting the lottery does not mean the appraisers are wrong, and somebody buying the domain for $400 does not mean it's worth $400. You need to have two people willing to pay that price for the domain to have that value - and i can...

    domain H-a-d.com ?!

Comparable sales don't help, because each one of those hit the lottery at the right time with the right person. Good luck selling it, the amount of work you put in will determine if it'd for $10 or for $5000, neither one being impossible. It's a dictionary word, and it's got a vowel in the...

    domain xabe.net

Just to be clear, this is the opinion you are expressing right now: -If the OP sells this domain to somebody, the OP should pay them $500 (-$500 being your appraisal price) -His name selection is crappy -He should be ashamed -He is pathetic -He should be fined $500 by the company he made...

    domain goodmom.com

Opinions please, on the domain goodmom.com. I'm not sure if i want to develop or resell - i could see it making a decent home for a forum, or a resource site. Every mommy wants to be a good mommy :]

Other's product name in the domain

It's similar to the way copyrights work - any original work that is created is automatically copywritten. Filing for a copyright gives it certain extra rights/priveleges. Even if a phrase isn't trademarked, you can still infringe on the product/name by ripping it off.

    Esurance

EXACTLY! This is a great example of bad faith use! The friend wants to create a website using the word "esurance", and the primary traffic would be people who are visiting the website solely on the basis that it's about the brand that Esurance has created. Basically, he would be getting free...

    Esurance

Yeah, tell him to pay for the domain, and the approach esurance to transfer it to them, free of charge. Why would paying 1&1 be part of the debate? his poor choice in registration has nothing to do with the fact that he owes them money. He has a legal obligation to pay for the name he...

    domain Neorecharge.com

This isn't worth anything, unless i'm missing something. I don't see any signifigance between putting the words neo and recharge together. Cross your fingers that a cell phone provider makes a smart phone called the neo recharge, otherwise let it drop.

    domain CareTransfer.com

What is this supposed to be used for? It just looks like 2 dictionary words to me, stuck together. I thought your husband wasn't going to let you register domain names anymore?? :P

    domain ultrahighspeedinternet.com

You may be able to sell this name to one of the companies advertising that service, who will have it redirect to their real website. Those are your end users - you may be able to see a pretty penny if you can get one to bite. If you can get two companies in a bidding war, you could see...

    Esurance

Transferring it to them free of charge is the cheapest outcome in this situation for your friend. Think, why would they have an obligation to cover the registration charge? They didn't choose to have the name registered, and they are not asking for the domain to develop it - they are...

    domain sent.pm - semi hack

Well i didn't get ripped, because there's a 70% chance that "a few dollars" is a lower purchase price than "<10$". I'm going to develop for learning though, i've coded a forum before but have been looking at networking for a long time. I like to host my projects on their own domains :] I...

Wait, the whole thread was a joke, right? You didn't really register this, did you??? Well, you get the "great original post" award anyways

Has bids, no reserve, will sell.

I just wanted to point out that you may not reach as high as you're hoping on this one, because there is two nouns in the domain, but they do not fall under the same plural. "fruit" is singular, "vegetables" is plural. That will deter a lot of potential interest. Best of luck, anyways!
