XYZ is an extension that is quite fascinating to me. I've likened it to Dogecoin in the past and talked about how much I think it's inflated in value due to the speculative aspect of it.

That said, I have started to grow fond of the extension, and do see it's value as a digital asset regardless (even Dogecoin has practical applicability). So let's see your best XYZ domain and I will tell you what I think about it.

At the end, I'm going to have a Top 10 of my favorite submitted domains.

My rating will be 1-10 with 1 being terrible and 10 being top notch like Coin.xyz or Block.xyz

I'm assuming your domain is Vertically.xyz as no extension is registered in Verically

Vertically.xyz | 5 out of 10

Vertically is an ok keyword. Vertical would be ideal, but the LY ending takes away some value. Since it's a squadhelp premium, it adds some value. Overall decent domain. Registered in 24 extensions means it's got some desirability.

AugmentedVirtuality.xyz | 3 out of 10

It's long which lowers value, but it is a thing. Augmented.xyz would be top notch.


Skewed.xyz | 6 out of 10

It's single syllable , regisitered in 26 extensions. Past tense lowers value, Skew.xyz would be top notch but still a decent domain.


Blockless.xyz | 7 out of 10

Your best domain in my opinion. It's crypto related so fits the extension well. It's a single word, 2 syllable and very brandable. I like it.


Towpath.xyz | 3 out of 10

Limited use, but it's a word and companies are using the mark. Path.xyz would be top notch.


Overall, better than average quality of XYZ domains. I think you did pretty good.

I don't think there is a single keyword that is hot by any means. Even though I've started to like XYZ a little bit, I still stand by my original beliefs that for 99% of domainers and companies there is little to no profit to be made, especially in this inflated speculative market.

To prove my point, let's take a very good keyword that's hot right now META:

According to Namebio, only 19 SALES TOTAL with keyword META.
All 19 were this year. (6) 4-figure sales and (1) 5 figure sale.

According to DotDB, there are 23,486 .XYZ domains regisitered with keyword Meta.

That means that if your Meta xyz domains is average or better you're probably 1 in a thousand to make a sale.

And if you registered that domain any time recently, chances are slim to none.

Fido is latin for Faithful or to confide in. Also, well known name for dog. Great brand, good domain.

Lots of companies using Lucifer brand, big mindshare, slightly negative connotations which is why it gets 8.

Camgirls.xyz | 8 out of 10

Huge niche, big money. Camgirls.top sold for $1060 so you know this one is worth more.

I totally agree with you, also xyz domains are useless and no much sales, i only see sales by Swetha, no one else can sell them.. i only bought these for trial and as they were so cheap..

swetha has all sellable names..and sales. then lucky few for.others.. but its.all luck and tiny percentages
