Yes this negotiation is in $xx,xxx range but who knows how it will turn out.

The thing is AR Real Estate is a bit different than virtual real estate.

Yes they can both apply to land/properties etc.

But AR Real Estate can apply to Augmented Advertisement rights on buildings and this is the route the potential buyer is looking at.

So there will be companies selling key advertisement spots in key locations on buildings that track Real Time views. There will be owner rights on buildings and they can ask what they want depending on the size of advertisements being placed on the Real Estate they own.

Kind of like times square but with advertisements in augmented reality that can track real time views of whenever the ads are looked at.

The potential of being to able advertise anywhere in the world just by a marker being placed at an exact location could be a very lucrative business.

Whoever is earning commission by being the middle man in the offering of available advertising locations/spots is very smart indeed.

etc...

Everything that will describe activities and industries in the coming Metaverse+Crypto wave.

Not sure how many people know this atm in this thread but a big push of the "Metaverse" keyword is being done by the crypto world.

So the crypto/nft industry see the emegence of digital worlds with the ability to buy/own and sell assets in a similar way that you can in the real world as the future.

That's why NFT's are doing so well atm. Yes it's gimmicky but the future potential can be so much more. Land you buy/properties you buy as an NFT can be similar to owning real estate in the real world.

So in my opinion as this progresses in the future names like the one you have purchased will be the kind of thing these large crypto corporations or virtual world creators could be looking for

The all thing will probably be based on a Meta/Metaverse blockchain.

That's the only reason I purchased, Metaverse Blockchain (.com) recently.
