I am thinking of running some lists ending in 360, 365 and 247 at the end of domain name.

which do you prefer / have had the most success in closing sales ending in 360, 365 & 247.

360 degrees was invented for 2 dimensions, but it is used as an angle in 3 dimensions (meaning, all directions). A better version is radian. 360 degrees corresponds to 2pi radian, and if we define radians for 3 dimensions naturally, the full angle would be 4pi (sphrerical) radian. With this logic in 3d we should be talking about 720 degrees, but noone is using 720 :P

247 has alternatives, like 24, 24x7, 724.
365 has an alternative: 366. So you need to change your domain every 4 years.

I actually purchased? 360.com at Registerfly many years ago, and they took it off me about 5 minutes later saying it was a system error or something.

EDIT: Not sure If I did actually own it or it was a glitch.

Probably it was never registered to you. If you can't change nameservers this means you don't own it. It might appear as a ghost on your registrar account, but this is not enough.

I bought a great generic tm domain, and I was able to control nameservers, but the evil registry first disabled nameservers, and then took the domain from me, and their excuse was "according to terms, we are allowed to correct our mistakes". But in realtiy they should have paid for their mistakes, not just get away with it at other people's cost.

I've searched DNP... but cannot find any historical records of sales.
365 is registered in China - I'm surprised Microsoft have not acquired it considering that is the direction their branding is heading.

360 is a very popular term. It has been a very popular term for longer than anyone here has been alive. Who do you think owns it? Xbox?

I was going through the URDP database recently, and there were filings won against the term Xbox and Xbox360.

I have received some shoddy e-mail threats myself over the years for some of my 360 names, but they lacked any substance as I registered my names before their business/enterprise/tm whatever even existed. Usually they come from some hack who thinks he can intimidate someone else with threats and demands.

Yes - Chinese lucky numbers - I have a few of those also.

888win888.com & win888win.com

I stupidly let the other better ones expire way back...

I watched a documentary on Johnny Carson a while back and it showed his license plate as "360GUY" :) I think 360 is most popular though I prefer 247 myself yet have not sold my 247 domains as of yet. Some years ago I remember seeing a LOT of "360" sales where the 360 was mostly at the end of the domain name. Check Namebio, do some searches, looks like "360" has more sales reports... Personally, any of those 3 are good in their own way.

What is 24?

Kobe Bryant's #?

Seriously? Better to be specific. 247 is better.

...And there's 24PetWatch.com.

I personally prefer the number at the beginning as opposed to the end.
I have 247Vogue.com. 247style.com is listed on Godaddy for a whopping $15K.
