Hard to have a reasonable debate about guns when anti-gun crowd keeps lying.

What have I lied about, be specific.

And then as far as no, any reason behind it?

Like I have said a zillion times,
polls and approval ratings are total horsesh$t, as they are skewed by personal opinion, and most times are fixed by the pollsters, only polling those whom agree with whatever it is they are trying to convey!
Give me statistics which are derived from facts, usually!
Polls suck, stop citing them here please, it's nauseating!

170 experts, pretty thorough.

Trump likes them*. And personal opinion, you mean people. Of course, who do you think votes.

*When they favor him.

He literally just tweeted about one yesterday

Great Pollster John McLaughlin now has the GOP up in the Generic Congressional Ballot. Big gain over last 4 weeks. I guess people are loving the big Tax Cuts given them by the Republicans, the Cuts the Dems want to take away. We need more Republicans!

Polling shows nearly 7 in 10 Americans support an immigration reform package that includes DACA, fully secures the border, ends chain migration & cancels the visa lottery. If D’s oppose this deal, they aren’t serious about DACA-they just want open borders.

Trump just endorsed Romney

.@MittRomney has announced he is running for the Senate from the wonderful State of Utah. He will make a great Senator and worthy successor to @OrrinHatch, and has my full support and endorsement!

There is one account I always see magapill and they weren't happy with that. Had like about 8 replies, now they're all gone

Romney was a big sucker. Made that video going off on Trump, all true. Then Trump floated a job his way. Romney took the bait, had dinner with him. Trump had the curtains open so he could get video/pics of Romney bowing down and kissing Trump's feet. Most people understood what Trump was doing. Made Romney look like a sucker.

Normally a presidents legacy, popularity won't be realized until years after they've left office. But Obama's greatest accomplishment was turning the country republican.

Let JB have his fun. Obama wasn't any more popular than Trump and he had the entire media complex covering his backside.

Actually he was, any way you want to measure it. From polls, to him actually being elected not once, but twice. Not happening with Trump. He'll either find an excuse not to run or be defeated and start up the election is rigged stuff again.

Obama and Trump are very similar in one way. neither had any political accomplishments but received overwhelming positive media during the primary.

Barack Obama continued to receive that support for both terms of his presidency, even when his positive rating fell to the low 30's.

Liberal media like to call Trump a danger to our democracy, a budding dictator..

it was Obama who worked the media like a dictator. Investigated journalist, politicized the Gov agencies, used the IRS, DOJ and FBI to target and harass his political enemies.

Obama was rewarded with democrats being defeated across the country.

President Trump has stopped nuclear test in NK and brought a real dictator to beginning of negotiations.

What does the media do? They reward the NK Gov a stunning publicity victory, praising state cheerleaders who will be put in prison if they talk openly about what the prosperity they've seen in South Korea.

Liberals have a wonderful way of sticking their head in the sand and projecting their own faults on others.

The total sum of your intellectual argument against President Trump; I don't like him so everything he does must be mocked and criticized.

2017 you were defending Bill Clinton for this type of behavior.

"The survey asked the presidential experts to use a 0-100 scale “for overall greatness,” with zero being failure, 50 being average and 100 being great. "Roughly" 57% of the respondents were Democrats, 13% were Republicans and 27% were independents (3% selected “Other”).

Sounds very scientific! "Presendential Experts" Lol!
Roughly 57% were democrats. Roughly? LOL! So actually, it was more like 87%
They polled college poli-sci professors? LOL! Not a more liberal demographic on earth maybe?
And if you ever met a college poli-sci professor you would know what I mean!
Ask 87% of non republicans to fill out a poll of a president who has been in office one year! LOL!
I'd like to see how many of the 87% of non republicans gave Trump a zero?
How ridiculous the New York Times has become! Truly a fascist rag!
This is exactly why very few people with any semblance of fairness and intelligence trust the mainstream media for accuracy and fairness! It's scary the amount of liberal bias in today's media!
And truly disgusting as well!

Mark Levin makes a good point regarding gun-control. No matter what law is passed, a tragedy like FL will happen again.

When congress was attacked, they increased security. We can't count on FBI or local law enforcement.. we need armed security at schools.

Have to disagree on that part about Trump receiving overwhelming positive media during the primary.

He got a lot of Media time, because he never refused interviews like Hillary did. He also provoked the Media a lot, resulting in a lot of exposure. The vast majority of his Media time in the Liberal Media was negative... which actually worked to his advantage, by calling them Fake News. Finally someone had arrived, that exposed the Liberal Media for what they are...

Obama on the other hand had his ass kissed constantly, when running against Hillary, who was treated unfairly in relation to Obama, for one reason alone... because he was black.,,,

2017 you were defending Bill Clinton for this type of behavior.

First, lying is only going to reflect badly on you. Never have I defended cheating on your wife, you know this. So that's you lying.

And with Trump, you actually have that backwards. It's not I don't like him so he's mocked and criticized. It's everything he does, that makes me not like him. That's been gone thru in this thread, not your simple minded way of looking at it, you just don't like him. You're just trying to make excuses, blame people, the media etc, but never holding Trump up to any standards.

Mark Levin makes a good point regarding gun-control. No matter what law is passed, a tragedy like FL will happen again.

When congress was attacked, they increased security. We can't count on FBI or local law enforcement.. we need armed security at schools.

More your NRA talking points. Nobody said there is a cure-all but there are things you can do to cut some of this down. In this case a simple 21 to buy an AR-15 would have prevented this shooting. Common sense stuff. The problem is that you and the NRA are against common sense things, because it's all about gun sales. Let's take a look at your views:

Ok with people that have mental issues owning guns.

Ok with bump stocks - even Trump is against this.

Ok with keeping the age at 18 for AR-15, when you need to be 21 to own a handgun.

So blood is a bit on your hands and the NRAs because you're against common sense stuff that the majority of Americans favor, for what? Look at those 3 specific points. In all 3 your views are against the majority. Even some other Trump supporters in this thread are against you on some of those points.

Trump is talking live now, said they're going to do something to ban stuff like bumpstocks. So even somebody like Trump is against your views, like the majority of Americans. That was a Captain Obvious one. That was something used to circumvent law. You are ok with circumventing law.

Ah, signed a memorandum to propose regulations. So probably nothing will be done, kick it down the line for another year, hoping people will forget. Until the next time somebody uses one to kill a bunch of people.

February 20, 2018 - U.S. Support For Gun Control Tops 2-1, Highest Ever,

American voters support stricter gun laws 66 - 31 percent, the highest level of support ever measured by the independent Quinnipiac University National Poll, with 50 - 44 percent support among gun owners and 62 - 35 percent support from white voters with no college degree and 58 - 38 percent support among white men.
