The site looks clean but honestly I don't think it's worth 650. Its not really up to date so no consistency. I just picked a few random articles on the site and the quality was okay. If it is a money site I would suggest having an auto content plugin or somehting like that. This way it can take information from several sites and therefore the site will stay "fresh" and updated.

Either that the person buying this will have to invest a lot of time writing at least 1 article/ blog a week. Or hire someone who write. Costing more money and time than you want to spend on sites like these.

It can work, I mean this site can earn more money than you make but to up the value add rss feeds to it.

If you are website is earning $6/month, the maximum price will be $60......... no one will care of how much you paid for the articles and how much effort you made to promote the website.....

I believe your flippas experience is not as good as you'd like to be, because only idiot can sell this website for 60$, I'd be glad to pay x20 revenue and would consider it as a bargain, but I also believe that OP have received higher offers unless this place is DEAD for buying and selling websites.

To the OP: your RPM is low, I have similar website with $6.56 RPM , do not think that there is big difference in competition.
