I want to sell enough domains to buy a lamborghini.

Mainly by outreaching companies/startups. Mostly my domain portfolio consists of tech related domains so I am very very looking forward to do things seriously this time.

Secondly I have plans to launch my domain selling website (it's nothing fancy, a static website with my domain portfolio). I am a firm believer that a business website adds trust and gives clients the courage to deal with us domainers professionally (and seriously, lol).

I am also thinking of experimenting "online press campaigns" to promote the terms that my big ones (domains) have. It will be a fun thing to see how people react to such "not-completely hype" related tech news.

Are you going to use a CMS to build this. I've started one using a free auction script, and I've modified a few of the routines. I decided that a pseudo-auction site gave quite a bit of potential for fixed price selling and escalating offers.

Nope, I am going to go with a static HTML template where I will be able to receive offers via simple PHP form. I know a little HTML and can play around with HTML templates, so I am comfortable working within its environment.

Wordpress CMS is also a great option but I don't have "development and customization skills" in WP. And I personally don't like to use cookie-cutter sites for business.

Coming back to the original thread, another main reason I am focusing on having a business website is to promote it on online social and business platforms for maximum exposure of my domains and to bring them in front of the right audience in a best professional way possible.

Wish me luck ya'll.

  1. Buy low sell high
  2. Profile all the market using data (godaddy done)
  3. stock up on 4L's for 2019/2020 - sales will blow through the roof
  4. Publish more research findings on the namepros blog
  5. Networking

In 2017... Finish a project that I've focused on in 2016 for real estate, that I've started in 2016 (researching, planning and buying) so this will be the year to reap the rewards!

WIll also continue to work to find a business partner for developing (continuing current sites and building new sites) in order to increase /passive/ income y/y.

Buying and Selling of course - But more importantly in 2017 I will work on more in-depth research and data analysis leading to a refinement of my buying and selling strategies.

My goal, sell and improve my brandable protfolio.

Sell at BrandRoot, BrandBucket, Uniregistry (for sale landing pages) and Afternic premium.

Will sell names on namepros to cover marketplacea listing fees.

Get rid of nGtlds unless premium word .site .xyz

Sell my .tv .io and focus on .com (cheaper renewal and easier to sell)

I own 600+ names and want to bring this number down to 250+.

1. Identifying profitable future niches.
2. Acquiring quality names.
3. Making solid ROI sales.

1 + 2 = 3

I am very new to the industry; I hope to learn from my mistakes, other domainers and ultimately become a smarter domain name investor in 2017.
