Exiting is my choice.

with increased competition,It became costly now a days and ROI on the time invested is not encouraging.

Can't park thousands of dollars on domain names and wait for them to sell.Instead I am investing those domain dollars in my offline business,which is doing good already,and working on increasing my regular income.

This year,I bought less domain names than what I sold.I used to buy 4-10x times in the previous years.I don't have plans to buy any more next year.I will hold and wait for the right buyers for my top domain names and will sell the rest in auctions.

I made good money on domain names,had an opportunity of knowing some of the very creative&passionate people in different parts of the world by being part of Namepros community..I am very happy about it overall!

5. Build some of my domains as social+content sites
6. Focus maybe 1/3 of my time on brandable domains and get them listed on places like Brandbucket.
7. Sell some of my domains for a good profit.
8. Get into auctioning some of my domains.
9. Network more.
10. Understand/learn how to create my own TLD in the future.
