295SHOW - not yet in Paul's great DB.

Found this by plugging in keywords on themes - GD seem to like codes with media words in them like comics, magazines etc. Sometimes they like stuff to do with cars, racing, animals, coding, geeks. Anyone notice any other themes in the codes?

So far I randomly plugged in 5-6 of them but none worked...I am thinking they might be part of those that work only if you click on a link that redirects you to GD..did I explain myself or was I too messy?

That would be a bummer if you can only use one code in a family. It would defeat the purpose of the 299 new codes I just added.

no the 1 code comment was referred to the others you posted ( ...FB00 ...FB10 ... FB05 )
as for the 299 I think we have to find " the path " as writing them in when you are in your cart doesn't work.

But sometimes (actually most of the times) a set of sequential codes corresponds to just 1 effective code, once you use one from the set you can't use any of the others. It would be interesting to check if the raw data you are extracting (JSON ?), can give any clue about that "effective code" or the set it belongs.

I was pretty sure I was dumping all useful information, but I manually ran a query on GOFDBS100 just to be sure. I got the normal data indicating that it was active, but I got an interesting error along with it: "Viral promo code - code cannot be applied." It also had "IsYardValueRequired: true"--I've never seen that before; it's always false. Any guesses as to what that might mean?

After some further testing, it's a safe bet that most of the GOFDB(S) codes that I posted are inactive. I'll make some adjustments to account for the unusual error. I'm still not sure what it means, though.

they still work, the problem is which ones will work once you've used one? i got one to work by putting it into a link. simply adding at the cart in the promo code box didn't work. however i tried a few others the same way and they didn't give a discount (though they showed the .99cents promo box at the top of the godaddy homepage). its possible only one out of that whole batch will work, or its also possible there are several but which ones, i don't know.

this is the specific code that worked for GOFDBS100 but it was also the first one i tried in a link.
