Hello, I think it would be pretty useful to keep track of all LLLL.com sales , even the little ones under $100 so that , pretty soon , when the available LLLL.com will be finished , we`ll have a better idea on market prices.

It is important that these sales are confirmed. So before to post, make sure payment went OK.

I will start with todays` Sedo confirmed sales:

FISE.com 2,700 Euros
TSRT.com US $760
VEUP.com US $1,700

Also, I found interesting to see this average LLLL, getting bids up to $51 and reserve not me. It says it all.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
iizz $580 Namejet.

Wonder what the current reseller price is for all-premium AABB.com...

Much less than what they go in auctions, it needs time for the reseller market to adjust.

Italiandragon, iizz and iizg are two different worlds.

Other NJ sales from yesterday:

ngat $193
duil $333
esrc $707
tbgo $385

it sometimes feels like watching a tennis match in regards to sale prices for expired domains..... some go for unexpected high amounts, others seem like steals. I can understand the difference in amount for solicited offers and/or tactical enduser sales vs. low prices amongst resellers, but sometimes browsing the posted expired auction results both bolsters my hopes for some of my "lesser" domains and erodes my expectations for some of my "better" domains.... good to see all in all a consistent upturn in prices for the quads though, and many thanks to all that follow, and post, the majority of expired llll results!

Sorry but can not agree on your conclusion on this. I don't see any all-premium AABB.com be sold under $600 in public (forums or other marketplace)in Y2009

I didn't say how much it was, but you will definitely not sell IIZZ type non all premium AABB.com's in the forums for $580, and you can already buy all premiums at $600 as you say. In auctions they would probably fetch $800-$1000+++.

3G3G.com just closed auction on 4.cn at price of about 5100USD (RMB35,100. 4.cn is the leading domain auction house in China)

Luck Seller!

I would think, from experience and market searches that around $300 for non premium AABB.com and around $600 for quad premium AABB.com, reseller price, give or take $50. Auction price of course, could be anything given two + bidders drinking kool aid!

In fact if you want to know the absolute minimum ever paid for one, I'm sure Snoop will know!!!

Haha, which reminds me of: where are the thousands of llll.com's dropped and free to register? It has been more than a month since that statement.

Still a week until the buyout anniversary. So we'll have to wait and see. The worst ones were regged in the last days and hours and these would be the ones most likely to be dropped. But from all indications they will be scooped right back up - presumably by domainers who understand they won't be quick flipping too many of these and will need to put them in the vault for a number of years.

The last names from the buyout will be dropping or put to auction in December and at the beginning of next year. However, I really don't expect much changes from current situation. With the economy improving and LLL.coms and premium LLLL.coms prices increasing, I think all drops will be registered again, as has been the case until now.

Should be interesting to see what ebuy.com goes for at moniker auction, has a $250,000 reserve!

This is one VERY good llll.com though.

I'm pretty sure that if a buyer starts an auction site or webshop on it ebay will kill them in court because of similarity.
I don't think many large endusers would be interested because of this.

Has anyone ever had this happen?

I bid on 2 nice quads on TDNAM and was outbid. The ending bids ended up being $30 more on each name. A few days later I go to check out a few names that I had won a week or so ago in my "WON" section and notice that there are 2 names pending payment. To my surprise there are 2 names I was outbid on by 2 or 3 other bidders.

Why am I the winner? Did these people all refuse to pay? If so, I love getting quads for a $60 discount.

Im not so sure given the generic case of the BUY, with an e in front, if you look, ebuy is registererd in about every country code, i realy dont think ebay can claim any domain that says buy in it.

Though having said that, yes im sure there are limits to what you could try and do with ebuy.com, claiming to be the new ebay or example, not good.

e-buy.com sold for $13000 two months ago at Sedo.

I've lost out on auctions before at TDNAM and the high bidders above me didn't pay, and GoDaddy emailed me and asked if I was interested in purchasing at my last bid price. They asked, not forced. I don't think they can just automatically make you buy them like that if you weren't the high bidder.

Fantasy - are you saying that they sold you the names without sending you email telling you that you got them? Or, just as bad, the email was titled just the same as the others they send?

One of my greatest fears is that I will buy a name located at some weird registrar and lose track of it. I think I keep good records, but there always is the chance something will slip through. I would love to pick up a name that I had thought I had lost (most of the time ...) but I need to know about it!
