Very nice name you will do well on this one I would hold out for high xx,xxx to low xxx,xxx imo if its parked I'm sure you make enough from parking revenue to keep it registered so just sit it out and an end user will find you.

It's close enough to English to be brandable just about anywhere and, as a domain, is fantastique

Too late to wonder about that. Better to worry about how you're going to make it work. We all feel poorer in January.... though maybe not to the tune of 100K. There's really no limit to the upside potential if it's developed wisely though.

There is no way to answer this question. If you develop it well and spend another 25k in the development, then the domain/site sells for 150k, you haven't lost money and you've made a profit of 25k so it's a win, it's 'developed right'.

But you could also develop it in such a way that its commerce explodes, maybe becomes worth $2million. And maybe you'll have a brainspiration and develop it so it explodes even more, socially and commercially, and becomes worth $200million.

There is no way to answer your question, because any domain in the world, 'developed right', has the possibility of being worth a little more than was put into it, all the way up to what google is worth, or facebook or youtube. It all depends on your imagination, your skills and resources, and the market. One person might just try to create a downloads store for French music and put a humble $20k into development... and another person might have $1million to invest in development and marketing, try to brand it as the best downloads store for worldwide music, create an ebay atmosphere for trading all music-related items that ever exist, create a social site for music lovers and music pros, create a freelancer site for musicians worldwide, and wrap all those up into one website globally and aspire to make it the greatest, hippest music-related site to ever exist for both mainstream and alternative music and products.

Obviously, those two creators will create sites of vastly different value.

So, we can offer suggestions on how to develop it if you want to hear that kind of input, but there's no such thing as a one-answer-fits-all valuation to a 'developed' domain. If you do things right, that means you're profiting, so my valuation is: anywhere from $110k - $5 trillion range.

The good news is that, even undeveloped, it will probably maintain its present value (price you paid) to another end user if you need to sell it, because I'd appraise the present end user value for the undeveloped domain in the $75k - 250k range, and of course much higher is possible if the perfect buyer is found.
