A few challenges here with .ES registrations - they require you submit photo ID documentation to register the name. Renewals are much higher than .COM. I actually acquired a nice aftermarket .ES a couple years but it was such an administrative hassle and the renewals so high I ended up dropping the name.
Another issue is that if you don't speak Spanish well, you will make mistakes. Would you register the following domains:
ShoesTennis.com
ShoesDress.com
ShoesWomens.com
Why not? The words are not in the proper order. That is what you have done with your example. The proper wording would be ZapatosParaBebes.com
Even if that domain were available it is perhaps too specific as most companies which sell shoes for babies also sell shoes for toddlers, young children, youth, teenagers, etc. Unless the domain has type-in traffic or significant search volume , they may or may not be interested in such a domain. I suspect there probably is some search volume for that phrase but type-in traffic on a three-word .COM probably won't be very high. Keep in mind that in most Spanish-speaking countries, the default TLD is their CCTLD, .ES for Spain, .COM.MX for Mexico, .COM.CO for Colombia, etc
