As I wrote often elsewhere, here in NP, the .com Told is very generic and it doesn't fit all the business.

The truth is that everyone selling something do ' commerce ' but what really matter is your Commerce target [ Local? Wordwide? On line too? And so on].

You aim to be the best on your field?
.top is your TLD!
You got just a online shop?
.shop should be your TLD!

Yare u a consolidate Tech Company?
You got money enough to protect and expand your brand with .com, top, .tech, .io and so on.

Everywhere in the word it's used to say ' Bad habit are hard to die', the Internet is relatively still young and maybe, sooner it later the .com ' obsession' will find it's right dimension.
