I am not really the one to answer this but it has sat here nearly twelve hours, which seems rude, so I will give it a go. IMO the key would be how you use it. If you set up a website about something completely different you might be OK, if you clearly were playing off the Zune name they would have a case against you.

And do not even consider hawking it to the Zune folks, unless you have owned it much longer than the Zune name has been known.

I don't see how it would be a TM issue. Zune is the name not Zvne.

As long as you don't market your site as being "Zune", then you will be fine. IMO

The "v" could be replaced with an "o" to make "zone" or an "i" to make "zine"...

I will pay attention not to infringe Microsoft.
I think I only park the name and set the key word other than "zune", although "zvne" looks very similar with 'zune', Microsoft will not care or will not think this is a infringement to their 'zune' trademark.
