Most of us on here don't really know how to appraise websites. Some people might. I don't, since I focus entirely on domains.

If I were you, I'd list the site for sale on Flippa. Start at $1. If enough people participate, then you'll get a more meaningful appraisal from their bids during the auction. If you want to sell, set a reserve you're comfortable selling at. And if you're only looking to find out what it's worth, set a reserve amount you don't think anybody will pass -- but which you'd be thrilled to sell at.
