domain "Zune" domain owner cash in! Ours is MSZune.com

I love domain names and one of my biggest passion in life is to buy up domains. So the first day I'd heard about this new initiative by Microsoft, I knew it's going to be big. That being said, Microsoft came out today via Billboard magazine announcing the "Zune" as the project, brand and device much like the iPod. Under normal circumstances, I would have gobbled up a lot more but settled on www.mszune.com. Why? ms = Microsoft is well recognized and safe from and future trademark issues while zune = obviously the brand.

I noticed that someone had posted www.mszune.net in here for appraisal sometime back and refrained from saying anything about www.mszune.com until it's indexed in googole, yahoo etc. I didn't want to "count our chickens before it hatches." Now that the domain is well indexed including a nice link in from Gizmodo, I'd like to ask for everyone's opinion on the valuation of this domain name.

for most "general" nice zune name, I guess at this moment, due to zune been confirmed, the "reseller" price should have some up, goto low xxx like $100-200, we can expect the price continue up ,while the product release into the market..while more and more people start buy and search zune on the net...at that time point, if zune going well, nice zune name should up to mid xxx even higher..

What's UDRP?

MS is in desperation of catching up to Apple, they need all the support, buzz, my dead grandparents to buy the zune and what not...especially sites like MSZUNE.COM to start and keep the buzz going for them. The last thing they'll do is go after us with a C&D. So I'll agree to disagree with you for the time being.

Stay tough fellow "zune"owners - seems like our friend Name-Maker is a little sour he didn't score in on one of the biggest domain squatting event.


OH! I almost forgot, I also own www.RAZRWIRE.com. You know what it is right? It's Motorola's funky Bluetooth wireless sunglasses. They've trademarked the name in the category product/hardware. We've been running the site since the initial announcement. No C&D, no email, letters nada. I'm pretty sure, Oakly, Motorola and Cingular would LOVE to get their mitts on that domain!
