domain zipix.com name appraisal inquiry

Hello to all, any value input would be appreciated. I did a leapfish freebie on the name and it came back way to high in my opinion. Just the domain name zipix.com without website.

Ya I think leapfish's appraisal is a little off....lol, but I do like the domain and its very easy to remember. I don't have an exact price for it but its definitely not worth 20k, and as for the parked page I don't see it being a good adult themed web site I think it would probably make a better photo uploading site.
