We got about 1,000-2,000 unique visitors in recent months.

There is no current income on the site because we do not have any ads on it.

Zinglo users submit content, you review them and approve them. Time depends on how many things get uploaded and how involved you are in the forums.

Just the hosting amount, which probably would only be about 5-10 a month.
8. Reason for selling?
I don't have the energy to promote and advertise the site. The site has a lot of potential and just needs some advertisment and users will come.
9. Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner?
Yes
10. Does the site have an ezine or newsletter? Number of subscribers?
Yes, but not many subscribers since I did not advertise Zinglo.
11. What all does the site include?
The site includes the upload script, the custum design, the domain, and everything you see at www.zinglo.com

Here is what Zinglo is about.
Zinglo is an entertainment collection, customly made to fit my likings. It has a great design and works great. There are right now places for Videos, pics, flash, games, and cheats. The cheats section is not to my liking so it is not accessable at the moment. There is an admin menu that you can use to add or remove more categories, like jokes or remove videos or whatever you want. For everything a user submits, they get points for. If they upload a video, they get 5 points, if they upload a pic, they get 2 points, for voting on content, you get 0.5 points. Also, for every post that is posted in the forums, you get 0.5 points. You can change these amounts in the admin menu. You can decide what to do with these points, right now we have it set like a lottery system where they can use those points to buy tickets, which at the end of the lottery period, a random ticket gets drawn and a winner wins. You can have them win money, a prize, or just have their name on the site somewhere or whatever you think is good. There are 'Top 10' spots on the homepage to show what the users are liking lately. If you need to post news or anything, you just log in to the admin section and type it up. Check out www.zinglo.com to see what it looks like and how it runs.
