Please appraise this one for resell..

ZenGardens.org - it has a domainscore.com score of 450 (I think this is good)

Also, the .org doesn't kill this one as much as you think.. alot of people are into zen gardens etc, etc, and this can make a great info, community site for zen gardens.

I agree with your logic about the ext., but with a .org you are going to have to build some traffic by buildaing at least a minisite in the areas you described or its not likely to attract end-user interest. Otheriwse they might choose "coolzengardens.com" or something over the generic .org.
