Invalid sold post, the seller needs to follow the rules and post a new comment with BIN in this thread so every bidder gets an alert of the BIN change. Until the rules are followed, this auction will continue & the high bidder will win.

The rules must be followed to maintain the integrity and safety of the community. There are rules in place for a reason. Regrettably, this domain is still up for sale until the rules have been followed. If someone else wins, you'll have to return the domain to the seller, they will refund you, and the seller will then sell to the official winner in compliance with the rules.

I beg to differ. The sellee broke the rules. He announced sold bin via PM. He posted nothing. We can all see and the only time he ever posted a bin was now when we were alerted to this. So no,

Please communicate with the seller via Private message to arrange a refund & give the domain back. That way they can begin the transaction with the winner.

For reference on the BIN rule:

6.2.3. An auction cannot be modified once a bid is placed with the exceptions of its Buy-It-Now ("BIN") price, bid increments, adding payment methods, and/or adding additional domains at no extra cost. Once a bid is placed, every allowable change (the exceptions just mentioned) must be posted to the thread as a new reply as well as updated in the original post before it becomes effective and valid (e.g., a BIN price cannot be accepted until this is done). BIN prices are not reserve prices and therefore do not affect rule 6.2.10.
