'Z' domain names

Hello everybody,
In the recent domain auction organised by moniker.com, LATINAZ.COM has been sold for $2950 in the silent auction.
so it is clear that good domain names ending with 'z' shall be getting their true value , they will eventually get their due because as we all know there are 100 million web-sites at present.......and it wont take too long to reach 200 million figure..........domain demand will eventually surpass supply for domains which are very precise, one or two word long, do not alter word's pronounciation even if its mis-spell (mortgae.com is sold for $5890 in this moniker.com silent auction), if ends at 'z' (LATINAZ.COM) etc......., has business sense , can be remembered very easily................
so guys, just make sure that you are getting right price for your valuable domains.

some name like muZic.com also recognize as "Z" name I guess...last time people asking music name, I suggest they goto find some avai. muzic names, is this a good choice? any comments?

Substituting the z for the s is a good move for domain names that lend themselves to sounding "cool", not so good for everything. I doubt there is too much value to seniorcitizenz.com, if you know what I mean.

seniorcitizenz will command value because it conveys its meaning very well, audience is targetted very well, can be remembered easily, easy to remember..........it does not affect its selling value solely because it ends with 'z'.......... the whole point is that genuine domain names are becoming lesser and lesser due to sharp demand for them and already booked rpemium domains have gone up to a price point where buyers have to look other domains also.....they have no choice and here domain holders will earn handsomely...........so guys remove the paradox of letter'z' and mis-spell.......clever investors are already booking them quick and fast..............they know in 5 years from now.......we will have 200 million wen sites.....that's 100% growth.........this should benefit such domain holders......

I am not very wild about this. It's like .biz and the one thing turning me off there is that it's childish. When I see deliberate mis-spellings like 'girlz', 'muzik' and such, I associate this with 'teen culture' and I am past that stage and TBH find it ridiculous. Maybe there's some value in these domains, but I wouldn't buy them myself.
