Ytd.at (year-to-date) Good buy?

Your time and thoughts are appreciated.

3 letter domain / 8,820,000 google results

YTD - period starting January 1 of the current year and ending today. Year-to-date is used in many contexts, mainly for recording results of an activity in the time between today's date and the beginning of either the calendar or fiscal year.

In the context of finance, YTD is often provided in financial statements detailing the performance of a business entity. Providing current YTD results, as well as YTD results for one or more past years as of the same date, allows owners, managers, investors, and other stakeholders to compare the company's current performance to that of past periods.

I don't know. It's not bad because it's short and I do see some bids at Google for 26-37 cents, but the search volumn is very low. I was surprised to see what some other .at domains have gone for, so I guess I think it would be worth getting if you don't pay much for it.

To me, the number of results that Google shows is meaningless to when determining a domain's value. What is more interesting is the number of times it has been "searched for". as in the Overture (OVT) results.

I would be sceptical. I don`t think ytd.at is comparable to job.at, buy.at or XXX.at. Only .com is developed site of small company offering training programs, all other major extensions parked. I think there is not much commercial usability. If you could find an enduser, would be $X,XXX name. Not much reseller value because of high risk, let`s say reg fee+ (around $36 :)) undeveloped. Maybe you can find any good acronym in German for ytd.

Good luck!
