Can ownership be proven? if so I would be interested in speaking via pm.

What proof do you want?

I think he is asking for you to prove that you are the owner of the domain name.

moondog (Bob) is a very well known domainer, and has a stellar reputation. Guys, I can assure you that he DOES own this domain. For that matter, his portfolio would make many domainers jealous. I've also been personally involved in many transactions with Bob here at NP, and would trust him with my own domain account logins.

No worries here. :tu:

I only requested ownership proof because if im going to drop 10 grand I would just like to be assured that the name is owned by the person listing it for sale. I also requested it be done via PM but since it has been opened in public an email from the one on record to my email [email protected] would siffice to begin negotiations. But if its to much to ask for ownership verification maybe I should just let this one pass.

Guys, I understand your concerns. Being cautious and careful is a good thing! :tu:

I was just trying to reassure you that Bob owns the domain, and is a trustworthy person. He's also a personal friend, which I did not mention because I was trying to stick to pure business facts. I will step out now, and allow Bob to communicate with you directly.

All we ask is that things remain friendly and respectful.

Peace. B-)

I guess with an IM handle of "shytkicka" you want us to trust you more than good old Bob.

I don't care how good and old he is. If somebody wants proof, then it should be shown/given. If proof cannot be given, like the other person said, I wouldn't even bother wasting time trying to negotiate/buy the domain. Shows lack of respect and professionality.

You can check DomainTools WHOIS history if proof is needed. It has been in Bob's name for at least 16 months.

Bob says right there in the post he'll accept Escrow. If you were a serious buyer you'd have done the deal :)

No offense taken for wanting proof of ownership. Its a legitimate concern. Thank you to all of my supporters.

Name has been sold to the first person who PMed me with sold.

If you have not been PMed with confirmation of the sale, then it was not you.

Regards,

-Bob

Yeah, I can also confirm with you guys that BOB is a great person.
And if the Buyer wants to buy the domain, he/she should have the initiative to look at the Whois without asking the Seller. That's the reason why BOB asked "What prove do you want??". Its all there to see. What else does he want to know. Lolx.
