Is there anything which exists so I can develop a site for a community I belong to so they can sign up and post videos just as in YouTube.

Only needs capacity for 10-20 new videos a week.

I don't think you'll find one since you have to be able to run videos.
I suggest that you hire a freelancer to install or create a script for you.

Does this still exist? Or, do you know of any other youtube clones. We are working on a project for our largest client and he is looking for something exactly like this.

All these scripts you mentioned and a few others have really shady coding...I've looked at most and the code is full of mistakes and bugs. So if you do BUY a solution make sure there is very good dev support for it as you are bound to come up on bugs (there i no perfect script as we all know).

There is also ostube that noone here mentioned I think. (German) from what it looks like. But there is problems with it as well.

Several script purchase at alstrasoft.com has bugs and ...no support or email back from them. Anyway I saw this one on scriptlance.com but it's a bit costly for me.

I have a Youtube clone script but it doesn't work on anyserver...
It uses a codec "FFmpeg" (it converts the video file to FLV) that has to be installed on the server in order to work ...
