Youtube flash videos?

Is there any free software available using which we can create flash videos to upload at youtube and other sites?

So what you're looking for is a video editor - if you have Windows XP, one option for you may be Windows Movie Maker (if you don't already have it on the computer, I believe it is downloadable via either Windows Update or from Microsoft.com).

In most cases whatever you save the video as should be acceptable for YouTube, so you would simply need to upload it to YouTube and YouTube will automatically change your video to flash for the site.

I think you are looking into making the effects. You can make those effects in the Windows Movie Maker and very easily.
