YouTube for NamePros

YouTube is an excellent platform to give free and ample exposure for companies, organizations and communities.

Searching for NamePros in this vast video database I found only one entry:
NamePros on YouTube

whereas searching for DNF produced two entries:
DNF on YouTube.

Compare this with the YouTube presence of another big company/community Aboutus.org
Aboutus.org on YouTube
(who is not a competitor of NamePros but could be very well be a valuable complement to produce mutual synergies).

Look yourself if we can improve the exposure of NamePros to strenghten our Webpresence.

If we want to prosper, I think, we all are responsible to improve not only the infra-structure of our community but also its Web-presence and especially its YouTube presence.

your icon ":/" shows mixed feelings: on the one hand your username shows a preference for open areas and on the other hand YouTube.com is really an open area for all of us.

Sorry that you have made a bad experience. Perhaps you can tell us more, to convert your feelings into friendly and constructive input to the Namepros community, so that
other peers can avoid a pitfall you experienced.

Hello -RJ-,

responding to your question, what kind of videos do you think of, I currently can only point to the search range, thinking we get the best results by searching YouTube.com for "domaining":
http://youtube.com/results?search_query=domaining
It brought 25,600 results, too many results to be evaluated by a single person.

This is one reason, I have initiated a DiigoGroup on
SocialDomaining http://groups.diigo.com/group_mana/search_groups?keywords=SocialDomaining, because SocialFiltering has a better chance to find all the relevant entries.

Hopefully some members of NamePros will upload some videos tagged by SocialDomaining; otherwise the videos will be burried under a huge pile of too many search-results.

If we tag it with NamePros, then this will be unefficient too.

For in this case only people, who already know NamePros will see the video, thus producing not a lot of new members.

I make a social bookmark /annotation on this posting, with the result, that

we know now, what might have caused your smiley....
