YouTube is being blocked by Brazil's second largest fixed-line telephone operator in response to a judicial order banning a steamy video of supermodel Daniela Cicarelli, the telephone company said Monday.

On Monday (Jan 8), YouTube was unavailable in areas served by Brasil Telecom SA from the capital of Brasilia to the Amazon, though it still worked in heavily populated Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, where Internet use is heaviest.

Yes, they (the model and her new boyfriend, Not Ronaldo) performed Public Sex/Indecent Act (what is illegal even in Brazil) and in a foreign country, not Brazil. The video was also probably Not posted in Brazil for the first time, at least.

That court decision is so ridiculous that it may be overuled by a superior court soon. All it takes is a honest judge, but what in Brazil is not so easy to find...

What I would really like to see is her being countersued by Google with their army of top-notch lawyers for damages of all kinds; financial, branding, etc, etc...
