Any ideas on this one? Gone in all the major extentions. Estibots estimation was $240,000 (right I wish It's simple, but figured it could be branded non the less. Any idea on value undeveloped?

Estibot is great for determining reseller values except in the cases of domains that have words like Of or Your or words typically dropped by search engines. It sees your domain as First.net and probably really does have a value of about $240k but your domain obviouslyn't isn't really First.net so that brings us to the reality that your domain isn't that great.

I would say that undeveloped your domain is worth $xx.

I agree with your assessment and everyone thus far. There was just a momentary gasp when I saw the big $240,000. I saw its value as low-mid $$ undeveloped, but I may develope.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. These domains are indeed problematic for technical analysis, but luckily most such domains are detected by estibot already and are valuated based not on their search engine results, but on other characteristics, mainly advertising and brandability potential.

It looks like there was a flaw in the algo, it did valuate yourfirst.com properly but not yourfirst.net, the extension wasn't covered in the routine handling of these type of domains.

That's been fixed now, and it looks like it's at $120 now. Sorry about the devaluation

It's not so bad really, quite brandable I'd say.

In all fairness to estibot, I don't think you'll find a more accurate automated system out there when it comes to determining reseller values. It's a great system and minus the rare oddity like this domain, you probably can't go wrong using Estibot for a quickie appraisal.

I would hope my name were not simply an oddity. But yes there is a huge gap between $240,000 and $110.
